Glass

Glass is a superb material choice for luxury kitchens due to its non-porous nature and excellent heat resistance. This sturdy and easy-to-clean material is available in satin and gloss finishes, making it a versatile option for various design styles. For our Convivio line, we use tempered glass coated on the reverse side with water-based lacquer, ensuring pure aesthetics and adaptability.

VETTii employs 4-mm thick extra-clear glass for fronts and 10-mm thick extra-clear glass for side panels and worktops. This glass offers exceptional color neutrality and excellent light transmission properties. The inner surface of drawers and deep drawers is protected by a scratch-resistant panel.

We choose glass over traditional lacquered panels for its superior scratch and impact resistance, as well as its attractive and vibrant color intensity.

The silky, even surface of our satin glass is obtained by etching. While it may be slightly more difficult to clean compared to gloss glass, satin glass has the advantage of making fingerprints much less visible. Additionally, colors beyond those shown in our catalog are available upon request, subject to feasibility checks.

Gloss surfaces create different light effects depending on the direction of the light, making your kitchen visually brighter and expanding indoor spaces. The reflective nature of gloss glass can also bring greenery from your garden or terrace into your kitchen, integrating outdoor spaces with your home. Although fingerprints are more visible on gloss surfaces, they can be easily removed. Colors beyond those shown in our catalog are available upon request, subject to feasibility checks.

Porcelain Ceramic

Porcelain ceramic is obtained by sintering ceramic clays, feldspars, kaolin clays and sand. These raw materials are first ground then finely atomized until they become a powder with an even particle size suitable for pressing. Sintering also occurs in nature when a mineral source produces chemical sediment deposits. For industrial production, an accelerated version of this metamorphous process is reproduced at a high temperature.

Porcelain ceramic has a warm and natural soul. With their reinforced aluminum frames, our fronts are light, sturdy and very stable, even under stress. Thanks to its hardness, this material resists abrasions, heat and scratches. It’s also hygienic and easy to clean. These characteristics make porcelain ceramic a material that is particularly suitable for the kitchen.

Available on the Convivio line only.

We select mass-colored porcelain ceramic, ensuring all surfaces, including the edges, have a consistent finish. This makes it an excellent alternative to natural stone. Unlike natural stone slabs, which have limitations in minimum thickness and maximum size, porcelain ceramic offers greater flexibility for custom worktops with unique requirements or measurements. This material allows for more freedom in kitchen design planning.

For our fronts, we use 4 mm thick mass-colored porcelain ceramic, while our worktops and end panels are 12 mm thick. Additionally, our aluminum-framed porcelain ceramic fronts are reinforced with an HPL panel support for added strength. We also offer other finishes from the most prestigious European manufacturers, subject to availability and feasibility.

Stainless Steel & Other Metals

Stainless steel imparts a sleek, professional look to any kitchen, often seen in industrial settings for its exceptional performance. This material is renowned for its resistance to heat, robustness, and modern aesthetic.

Stainless steel surfaces are not only durable and stylish but also easy to clean and sanitize. Additionally, a stainless-steel sink can be seamlessly welded onto a matching worktop, creating a cohesive and functional design. We use AISI 304 stainless steel for our surfaces, ensuring high quality and reliability for your kitchen.

Wood Veneer

Wood’s natural beauty and warmth bring a distinctive charm to the kitchen space, with its unique grain and color making each kitchen truly one-of-a-kind.

While wood’s poor resistance to humidity can be a challenge, we’ve developed solutions to ensure its durability in kitchen environments. Solid wood is unsuitable due to its tendency to warp with changing humidity levels. Instead, we use veneered doors, which feature a thin decorative wooden panel on a sturdy core. However, traditional veneered doors have a weakness: the gap between the decorative veneer and the glued-on edge, which can expose the core to humidity and cause damage.

On Flora, Diana, Venus and Vesta lines our natural wood panels are made from a particle board panel coated with water-based varnish and edged with 11the same veneer to guarantee water resistance and longevity to the 22mm thick plain doors.

On the Convivio line a 4 mm thick wooden panel, made by pressed veneer onto birch marine plywood is fastened to the aluminum frame. This approach eliminates glued-on edges and ensures total water resistance.

Laminate

We prioritize quality using resistant and long-lasting materials for our luxury kitchens. Our HPL laminate is designed for everyday use, with surfaces protected by special finishes to camouflage fingerprints and safeguard against scratches and impacts. The silky, matte surface is pleasant to touch, water-repellent, and easy to clean, making it an ideal material for the kitchen.

Not all laminates are created equal, and there are significant differences in quality. For the Convivio line, we use 4-mm thick laminate applied directly to the frame with no backing panel. This approach eliminates glued-on edges and ensures total water resistance.

The surface finish of the “sei due” version of HPL from ABET Laminati Spa which we use, is more matt than the others which makes fingerprints less visible.

This material is available only for the Convivio line (4mm solid HPL).

Fenix NTM is a high-end laminate produced by Arpa Industriale Spa, featuring an anti-fingerprint, soft-touch surface. This super-matt, paper-based material is composed of over 60% paper and 30-40% heat-setting resins. It is created through a special process that applies heat and pressure simultaneously, resulting in an even, non-porous product.

The external surface of Fenix NTM is crafted with new-generation acrylic resins,
hardened and fixed through the Electron Beam Curing process. Its low light reflection properties and silky finish make it an extraordinary material, surpassing the performance of the best matt lacquers.

Fenix NTM® is also the most scratch-resistant laminate on the market, with minute scratches removable with a sponge and deeper scratches repairable through heat treatment. Colors different from those shown in our catalog are available on request, subject to feasibility checks.

This material is available on all models.
